Too late. This character will always have this thread in his post history and right now this looks like a lazy scam from someone that nobody knows. A very lazy scam. I doubt anyone will invest in this.

Seriously though, if you are going to scam at least put some effort into it.
Just off the top of my head, in your title you call your corp "Immobiliare" but then in the body you call it "Immobiliary".
Conclusion: you are either incompetent or scamming. Either way giving you Isk would not be a very good move by anyone.

Although I do think the IPO write-up expectations of a few people here might be a bit lofty I can agree with them that "Hi, send me your money please" just ain't gonna cut it.

Shame he's not even 1/2 as entertaining. Stingy had Style, even when he seemed to be a Scam at the start, it was still tempting to give him ISK. This, hell my cereal box has more thought put into it.
