this question needs to be looked at in parts:
a)recharge every goon pos that was coming out of reinforced?
yes
b)shatter bob's reputation as an unstoppable pvp force?
yes
c)kill another titan?
no
d)finally get a positive k:d ratio
no
Sadly we can't achieve everything in one shot. Perhaps once we get out of these damn t1 frigs. Im starting to believe this positive k:d ratio is some sort of unobtainable dream to be honest. However looking forward to seeing another titan go pop now that shrike has carjacked some poor sucker below him in the foodchain.

Are GoonSwarm ever going to be allowed to build up in any way in 0.0 space again?
No. For the moment, we are leaving syndicate but we will continue to monitor the GoonSwarm and should we feel that they have done anything of note in the game, we will destroy it.

Didn't you know. Once your k:d ratio reaches a certain level you automatically get sov. That was bob's plan for 9-9 all along

i think during the earlier cap ship fight thread a couple months ago in 9-9 it was reveiled that Queen news was a goon alt.
