Since Rev II I have an issue with CPU on the following set-up:
Navy Megathron with 3 rigs: 1 pg rig 1 anti exp t2 rig(U might wanna change it for a 2nd rep rig) 1 repping amouth rig
Top: 7 t2 ion blasters True sansha medium nosferatu (15km range, 36 cap pr cycle)
Medium: gist x-type 100mn mwd (best ingame) Domination warp disuptor (30km-1p) Domination Webifier (15km - 90%) True sansha heavy capasaty injector
Low: Core x-Type Large armor rep (base before rigs: 1120hp-400 cap) Gotan Large armor rep (936 hp- 360 cap) (best hp/cap ingame) Corpum EANM (28.5% vs all) Corpum EANM (28.5% vs all) Brokaras adaptive plating(19.5% vs all, 0 cpu usage) Interia force field array (best named) Tuvan magnetic field stab (13.75% dmg mod) 1600mm rt plate[/i](might swap for a SS dmg mod)
As you can see i have been thinking about changing the plate out for a dmg mod, but personally i prefer a better defence than attack on these ships.
Can you help me with possible mod suggestions.
Even if it means selling certain mods and buying others in, that can be done.
In terms of the rigs, well they can be changed or upgraded to T2 i know. But essentially my problem is a CPU one.

Felon Ion Blaster
Don't know if it's in game but you're saving ton of PG and CPU on these but ofcourse can't use advanced ammo (faction rules anyway).

If I were you i'd loose the NOS and loose the plate for a Mag Stab.
Your resistance-plated fit makes more sense for a Vindi, where you are trying to keep a slot for a Mag Stab. In your case there isn't much you can add to your tank without being hit by stacking, so a second Mag Stab is probably the best idea with the availible CPU.
You could swap your Passive resistances for Actives, Ie. 3x Hardeners (Exp/Kin/Therm), an EANM and a Damage Control which would give better resists overall and still leave room for your Officer Mag stab.
If you have your heart set on fitting a NOS, I'd drop down to Electrons, because thers really no way to fit one withour compromising an Ion fit severely in some other way.
Oh, and Slave implants are really worthwhile for a Navy Mega.

Very nice
I went for a slightly less expensive fit (well, it was before Deadspace mods doubled in price )

Edited by: LUH 3471 on 11/07/2007 13:26:35 generally 2 dmg mods electrons > 1 dmg mods ions which suggests either fitting a second dmg mod or downgrade to electrons

I am thinking dropping the plate for a dmg mod would be possibly my best option atm.
