I don't know but I promise you this, my Mackinaw with T2 equipment better still be there when I get back. I got d/c in the middle of an ice operation and now when I go to log on I click on my character and it tells me "FAILED". Once again CCP gives us the finger. Makes me wonder why I added another 90 days of play.
Let's see if they can pull another rabbit out of their hat. Hey CCP, be lookin for my petition when I find my Mackinaw is gone. ============================================= [CYPHE] Cypher Technologies [email protected] Kemerk / Maalna |

Add another day to my skill training plan, I guess. Thanks, CCP. For nothing.

What I hear was that the server was crashing so they shut it down. They decided that while it's down they will put in the fixes. 2:00 should be back up and working better. "Fancy ships, big guns, and expensive things; what about your soul does it Bling Bling?"

I just love it how people automatically start attacking CCP even before they know what happened

I just love people who jump to CCPs defense when others vent legitimate complaints. This is a business. CCP are professionals and they can deal with complaints from their paying customers without help.
If the game crashes, it is by definition CCPs fault. That doesn't make them morons, just responsible to their customers who are living up to their end of the contract by paying their bills. I am reasonably satisfied with Eve so far, but we all can see that there's a need for a more stable system and better communication with the thousands of players. Let's not pretend this isn't true or offer our opinions on what is reasonable for other customers to be frustrated about. It makes one sound like a fanboy and in the end doesn't help CCP. Honesty and good communication about what is causing these problems (and what the plan is to address them) goes a much longer way to buying loyalty and patience from customers.
The next one to use the term "CCP-bashing" must take the walk of shame.

You are also free to start paying our subscription... Nothing is perfect and life is not fair, blah-blah...
At the end of the day the more unsatisfied customers take the walk (and thus less funds come in to maintain the service) so fanbois like you don't have to "suffer" forum complaints of any sort the more "pain" the likes of you will have to get used to until you start complaining yourself - see where this is going? |
