What's the point?
You're all losers (i.e not winners) in large fights like that because it's more about luck than skill.
Perhaps one day opposing sides will have a gentlemans agreement to not overload systems with 60 ships to force a "draw".
I doubt it though.

Oh boy, here we go again. Please point out where anyone was bragging about killing you, because I believe that no one did. The simple fact is that you two keep picking of indies, and when i saw both of you one jump from YZ, i called in the forces. 4 BS and one cruiser came to my aid to make sure you were both exterminated.
Your account of the battle, however, totally contradicts Sith's claims that it was a totally unfair fight. You claim that you stayed in the battle when it was pretty good odds (you and sith vs 2-3 ships). Only after sith had warped away did you get gang-banged by a total of 5 ships.
So, props to you for staying in the fight, and if your account is true, the if sith had stayed in the fight, things would have been pretty different.
This only substantiates my claim that sith is nothing but a wimp in a BS that only takes on cruisers and indies. When the going gets rough, he warps away to leave his buddy to die.
Still think he's an awesome guy?

Just out of curiosity was there a knock-down, drag-out fight in YZ-LQL yesterday (1/26)? Looking at my map last night it showed 110 ships destroyed and 60+ podkills in the last 24h.
Interested to know if there was a fleet engagement or just a ton of little brush wars here and there and whichever it was what the ultimate score came out as.

If it was an ultimate fleet engagement, there would be a whole nother thread to that, if not 3  . its mostly just frigates and n00b ships.

You can call me stupid all you want. I gave a command to pull out. I ignored a pull out command b4 and almost lost my ship. crap happens. FROM PAST EXPERIENCE DOUGH BOY, I KNOW YOU GUYS DONT COME IN WITH LESS THAN 10.

Each time they call for reinforcements, when i was having a armor with SLICED hull sandwich on omniwar bread, he logged. 10, yes 10 bozo's came in to put a pamper on his arse and hold his hand back to the gate.
btw marichekerberger, where is your fighter ship? you cant stay safe forever.

DR... you got my sheilds down to about half... then I turned on my shield booster and it was back to 100% armor damage... not till all 5 were there... wich only took about 2 min total to get them all there...
Ganking indies??? really I havent killed one yet... where do you get your info??? I was out there to go one on one with a rat who seemed to be at the end of the region... then I ran into sith on local, I will still follow him... so we headed back in with the intention to kill off your miners (IE omniwar..) and yes he gave the order to clear out, but I thought I would be going 1v1 with the DR.
I am guessing they guy who actually called in reinforcements was the guy running from me cause he crossed my path in his Black bird... and was 2nd or 3rd to join the final fight...
did I forget to mention I cut off my guns after taking Dr. down to 50% shields in order to ration my cap so I might have a chance to live??? there were 3 guys on me before my shields dissipeared the first time so dont claim anything of greatness Dr.
sorry, I didnt last 5 min I only lasted 3.9 min from the logs ... you were the only person there for bearly over a min from what you can tell from the log... before log shows another hitting me...
and I was 15 seconds away from being able to jump through gate with 1/3 cap left... too bad while trying to warp out my ship started moving away from gate not allowing me to to jump... I did last 1 min 21 seconds after last shot fired by me... I almost got away you should feel bad about that

CA is already allied with PA, and TPS lies between the two alliances. Natural allies to be sure. But it's not just that, all but PA (and even some of them) have adopted a "stfu and die, or come and fight us, we don't give a **** what you think or do" philosophy, as well as a PvP Kill everyone not friend kind of mentality. These are the people in eve that kill or convert, the ones dedicated to the death of others, because history, circumstance, and the rest of eve have driven then to do so (except TPS, who are just cool ass pirates ). |

Beowolf, I think you are getting Marichecks and my posts mixed up. IÆm not gloating. All I did was simply put to rest the idea that you owned me in 2-3 volleys with your 425mm guns. Just think about it. Even if you had 4x 425mm rails you still were shooting me with long-range ammo (I found no AM ammo in your can) while I was orbiting you at 18km. With the tracking of your guns being thrown off by me orbiting and the fact that I had the correct hardeners on I donÆt see how you could have done what you claim to have done.
But all this squabbling back and forth is not going to get us anywhere because you will reject what I say and I will reject what you say so the only thing we can agree on is the outcome. You lost a ship. And you bragged about owning half of my shields. Congrats.

Omniwar? I just witnessed two megathrons run away from him because they were losing a 2 on 1 fight.

Again, wrong. And stupid. Like i said in my previous post, I called for "backup". You actually thought that the indy you had just ganked wouldnt be the one calling for backup? And moreover, the only ship out of 5 that you claimed run away from you happens to be a BB. That is because most other BS pilots are not pu$$ies.

this is what happens when you quit firing and turn on the tanking. didn't you read the manual that came with that ship? ships just dont "start moving away from the gate", and gates certainly wont let you use them even 1 min 21 seconds after an act of aggression.
at any rate, i've already put WAY too much effort into making your look foolish, but i didnt realize you would do that yourself, so i'm not coming back to this thread anymore.

well I was shooting AM looking at the log may have only been 2 guns fireing at you... but I did see your shields down to half...
I say to you rats "PFFT" and you can quote me...
oh yeah what I payed for this account??? gave a RL friend a power supply for his new comp about a month after he quit the game... I didnt have to but the power supply was taking up space... all in all again I say "PFFT"
