The 3 I heard where : SkullHSC, Carca, and Rythymaster. I heard one lost a Tempest but not sure what the others lost.

Carca	Posted - 2004.01.25 03:01:00 - [7] I'm afraid it's even more embarassing than being killed by EV After firing on a couple of EV ruptures today but not taking any out before they got away (how much stucture did you have left before you jumped Afro?) I was feeling a bit trigger happy. I went into Amamake looking for more EV and saw a Mercenary Frigate (Keith Chegwin) heading for a gate in his Kestral. Without thinking I locked on and opened up. Unfortunatly we are not at war with Merc frigs and his sec rating was not that bad so I got taken out by the police A very stupid way to lose a Tempest, totally my own fault but nothing to do with EV. So then I docked at a station got a reaper and headed back out to the gate to pick up my stuff. There, I can confirm that two EV managed to take me out in my No0b frigate. Well done guys I've been flying around those systems for just over a week now on my own and that was the first time you didn't run away! Luckily I was insured and have spares for all the mods but it was still a needless loss of a battleship

Kinda funny how things come around eh? :) For the record, Carca died exactly as he stated. SkullHSC was harassing miners in an op and hit two indies I believe it was. Shortly there after was killed and podded. Ryth came in, in a blackbird, came to a belt where we were waiting and warped away. Docked at a station, undocked and was killed but escaped in his egg. Prior to all that Joshua killed and podded another BOS guy, dun recall his name or ship type though. Any other kills for them or us I am unaware of at this time. An excerpt from our kills board: HED-GP Pilot: Yennifer Corp: R.U.S.H Corp Ship-type: Bellicose Pod?:No pod - this was a wierd encounter. I locked her upin my BB, target-jammed, and warp-scrambled. Launched a bunch of torps but, as she was getting down to about 80% damage, she ejected and warped out. I mistakenly pressed "Board Ship" instead of approach. I ended up flying her Bellicose as I killed it Nearly podded myself too. Jumped back into my BB and picked up the loot. LEEEEERRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

Black Omega losses for Saturday: Carca - Tempest - EV was not in the least bit involved. Carca - noob ship and pod - killed by Joshua Calvert of EV, when he went to retrieve his loot I believe. RhythmMaster - Caracal I think - maybe bb, killed in Gulmorogod by EV, exactly how Kirin states I believe. Narc - moa - killed by sentries outside EV's HQ when he accidently fired on the wrong indy. Shortly before DT the night before: sphendar - Caracal I think, and pod - taken out by Joshua Calvert of EV. Apparently he fell asleep and was chased and attacked over 3 systems. Skull HsC lost his frigate on Friday to a combination of NPC rats and Reikoku. He denies being killed by EV on Saturday. I wasn't there so have no clue what happened. He self-destructed right about the same time as he got to structure. We saw the pod warp away.

My guess is that it took a while to load space because of the lag from our drones, and by then he was already to far to redock.

He did use 2 mwd to get away from the station. He made it to 60km from the station. I am really clueless why he didn't warp away. edit: I can't confirm or deny that the station pushed him away. But he did drop 2 100mn mwd's that were not packaged.

I was a LONE tempest warping in and trying to pick off lone cruiser targets. Of course i scouted. And yes once i targeted someones Drones, to see if my guns could kill them, they didnt, i got my n00b podded. Considering i was conducting raids against Odd's of 25 to 1, i dont think you can call it cowardly. As for Evolution, that guy was following me around for ages as i raided, i thought he was an EV scout. EV usually appeared after he found me at a moon or gate Mercenary \| The Azath

kisula	Posted - 2004.01.26 12:31:00 - [100] I fail to see how sitting in a station while afk is "unfair" or in any way cheating.I am not complaining about CA doing it.Its a valid tactic for a start,plus often the afk person is doing RL stuff like bathroom,getting coffee etc.As I said if you tie up enemy forces,then you achieve something-even while being afk.That works for both sides and both sides do it. While we are about it I also fail to see the obsession with safe-spots.When you are heavily outnumbered in a system and the gates are camped,you have a choice between destruction of your ship or finding a safe spot. Show me a player who doesnt use safe spots in such a situation-lol this will be interesting

See, simple explanation that everyone from Curse, to Evolution, to Fountain knowns about and has to use due to CCP's sloppy Programming. A thread that started when someone asked whether the news was correct that 3 Black Omega battleships had died at the hands of Everlasting Vendetta has turned into a forum war with Black Omega accusing Everlasting Vendetta of cheating and exploiting game mechanics. I don't know when or where Everlasting Vendetta have been cheating, i certainly haven't seen any since the time i have spent with them (i was one of the very first people to join the game when it went live). Joshua, can you please learn to just walk away when Skillz and the Curse Alliance start shouting exploit. You and i both know that we don't cheat, Polaris and the games masters know we don't cheat, or have never been given evidence to the contrary, so just leave it be.
