The purpose of this thread is to serve as a public record of sales. Any question or discussions regarding the business plan should be posted elsewhere. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing. Shares are sold on a first come first serve basis.

I may be wrong here, but there is absolutely no security at all with your plan since the BPO owners will be hanging on to their BPOs, correct?
What are the expected returns?
What kind of oversight is conducted?

I donÆt understand your term ôno securityö. The BPO owners are making the parts for BSAC. BSAC provides minerals in exchange for parts. This seems to be working very well. DonÆt hesitate to contact the BPO Trustees. Consider the BPO owners that invested as partners in this venture. From their point of view their investment (The BPO) is 100% safe with them.
We achieved a 2.5% ROI from the sales of our first Obelisk.

8. Performance Information:
Our goal is to sell as many ships as possible while maintaining a significant return on investment. BSACs pricing strategy is to attain a minimum 30% sales margin. This is achieved by a combination of highly researched BPOs and mineral price negotiations between the Reserve and BSAC manufacturing.
The following numbers were calculated assuming a BPO ME 0, and a 30% sales margin.
Phase I Performance:
Fenrir projected sales price: 940 million û ROI /ship: 2.06%
Obelisk projected sales price: 970 million û ROI/ship 2.29%
Target: 2-4 ships per month
Target Monthly ROI: 4.35% - 8.70%
Phase II Performance:
Fenrir projected sales price: 940 million û ROI /ship: 0.72%
Obelisk projected sales price: 970 million û ROI/ship 0.81%
Phoenix projected sales price: 1,800 million û ROI/ship 1.60%
Target: 3-6 ships per month
Target Monthly ROI: 4.70% - 9.40%
These are very conservative numbers and include the 15% management fee. However, this is not a guarantee that the Fund will achieve such returns.
My self and the BPO Trustees are overseeing this project.
