All of the sudden my level 2 agent started saying this Friday morning. OK, fine, went to a different lvl2, same thing. Another, same thing. Have high enough faction for all of them.
Asked on help, was told to wait for 10 minute. Tried that, didn't work. Relogged, rebooted, etc., didn't worked.
Petitioned, was told to try doing some missions for a lower level agent. Did that for a while tonight, came back and tried the level 2's, same message from all of them.
Any idea why this is happening?

Its a bug, and waiting 10 minutes doesn't always work.
I get round it by doing a mission for a different corp that affects the same standings, ie: the same race. So my Boundless Creation agent stops speaking to me, I do a mission with Minmatar Justice Dept. That seems to free things up again.

I did 10-15 missions with another khanid agent, still no luck.

Did you by any chance deny any mission prior to your agent not wanting to talk to you any more?

No, I don't think I've declined any missions, although I may have failed one.
Also, it's three seperate level 2 agents that are telling me this.

Have you done your first set of tutorial missions? (8 or 9 of them).
There's no statement from CCP anywhere, but it has become apparent that exactly that situation occurs to people who have not done them.
I don't know why.

Yeah, I did all the tutorial missions ages ago.

Also possibly notable : all three of the level 2 agents I've been trying to use have signficant lag while loading text, asking questions, getting resposnes, etc.
I don't get this from lvl1 agents of the same corp or agents from other corps.
Corp is Royal Khanid Navy.

Ok here's what happend to me the other day. I had a lvl3 QL18 agent and I did some missions and suddenly I got to a combat mission with the Mercs and I declined and got a serious standing hit. And then my lvl3 QL18 agent, or any other lvl3 QL10+ agent for that matter, wouldn't talk to me until my standing was risen from -0.30 to +0.01. So check your standigs with the corp, if it is negative then find the best agent you can and do missions until you go +0.01 and you should be able to use your former agents. Declining missions or failing them (even worse) gives you a bad standing hit, especially if it is one of the more important missions like the Merc-one.

Thats the same bug that is affecting people trying to do missions in Curse. Hopefully they will find out how to fix it soon(tm)

yeah Khandid agents are like that...but there are plenty of them, so in my case i just move on to the next one :P

i get this alot with gallente fed navy, worked all the way to the top lvl3 agent in dodenvail?? sinq liason region. did a mission for her successful, was my third, then nothing.
what gets me is i had to run thro syndicate to the lvl3 agent below her, choice of a 98 jump trip to her or a 18 jump trip with 8 jumps in syndicate.
by the way pyschopath and the C.O.W. corp member that was a hell of a rush on sat thanx. thought i was going to lose my 20 mill isk implant (memory) i had in my cargobay.
so you can see after working up and going thro some dodgy space to get to agents and do missions in 0.2 upwards space i get to the top agent and she stops talking. i was ****ed to say the least.
i only did three tutorials as there where only three available at the time, should i go back and see if other tutorial missions are available to do?
also i hate it when you turn up at an abandoned mine or stn and someone is popping the rats therefore leaving you with a failed mission.
what can be done about this, esp as they are in an apoc for example and i have a thorax
