Refine them. They're full of megacyte and zydrine, which is a damn sight more use to you than hanging on to that stuff with no demand.

In fact, I had to train my gunnery skills only to do agent missions. 
I thought pirates were really happy with the new agent system btw...

Dude, add a Zero after all your Tech 2 construction devices, and you pretty much have my hangar... :-P
oh, and my generous agent made sure i had civilian shield boosters enough :-)
1500 units of civ shield boosters and 67 blueprints :-)
