A nice little covert ops/inty alt. With some additional training (read: LOTS OF DRONE training) he could be very effective in Amarr recons in fairly short order.
The real reason to buy this character are the scanning skills. Cov Ops 5, Astrometrics 5, all scanning support skills to 4. With T1 scan time rigs this results in a 29.1s scan time with recon launchers and (I believe, don't quote me on this) around 130s with regular launchers.
I had also intended to use him as cap support for my Nyx, which I have since passed on. He's ready to train logistics immediately and be in a guardian within a few minutes.
Comes with 2 clones, one with +3s and scan time implant and the other with +4s
