Rules:
1. Entries are 5,000isk each.
2. Up to 10mil isk in entries (per player), anything more will be considered a donation.
3. Entries will only be counted as 5,000isk anything more or less will be considered a donation.
4. All entry isk is to be sent to 098ogg's wallet.
5. Winner will be drawn at random.
6. 75% of winnings go to the winner.
7. 25% of pot goes to the lottery bank for bigger and better prizes.
Winner will be drawn on the 15th (sunday) good luck!

lol, no matter what anyone post there will always be an ass saying its a scam thats what fks everything fun up in the game. 5,000isk enter once and if ur the onlyone that enters u make that back.

The trouble people will have with this is that there is no security. You say the winner will be drawn at random, but how will the players know that this is the process? How do we know that you are not just off loading the winnings onto an alt of yours who is miraculously 'the random winner'.
To get more people trusting lotteries, many hosts pick the winner through something that can be seen by the players. For example, tie the contest to a rl lottery?

Could you have your main chars (like Smog890) to confirma? Also assuming Mortis Angelus leaders considers you a trustable fellow, could you get them to vouch for you (and perhaps even offer corporal backup)?

As pointed, you really must tie this to some third party effect (like bonus ball of X lottery, or the last numbers of DOJ index etc). Otherwise even most trusted fellow could scam all he wanted without any reputation loss.

Depends on your point of view. If you find organizing lotteries fun, you do actually get good info how to make valid one. Then again, if scamming is your piece of cake, yes the goal indeed is to fks that.
