Fras, yes but I don't refine them because Jernau Gurgeh is correct in that I have a Tech 2 BP that requires them as material components. Despite this I have no inclination of paying over 50k for them. It serves me no good if I can't sell them at a reasonable price and still make a profit.
Thank you for your interest though and if you wish to sell me any Micro Plasma Smartbomb Is please let me know. I only wish CCP would come out with a BP for this item. Would make things a lot easier. :)
Also in response to Calleb. Those who sell me more than 15 will get a cut rate on 5 of the finished product. The order will also be filled from the first items off the production line. :)
Currently I am still researching the ME level. Next I will be researching the PE for a bit. So expect them on the market in about a week and a half.
