It's not, in itself. But if you examine the characters you'll see very similar histories, no standing with anyone, et al. All of the earmarks of macro/farmer alts.
GTC sellers reserve the right to sell to whom they please... or not.
Also, another person who tried to buy a GTC from the seller will shortly recieve the ban hammer (with luck) for attempting to scam the GTC number (cut & paste it to their chat, indeed... People fall for this???).

WTS: Clue that there are other countries and languages than your own.
Those two names do mean something in that guy's own language, so everyone who says they are gibberish just because they are not in english only makes a fool of himself.
That was aimed at everyone who uses the "gibberish name = farmer" criteria, btw. Apart from the really obvious ones like "asdfasdfasdf" or "dfdfdfdfdffgfg" of course.
Keep in mind I'm not saying that guy is NOT a farmer - that's why I only quoted that part of your post. I don't know him, so for all I know he IS a farmer, but those names certainly can't be used to prove that.

I must say reading this made me laugh a bit. This might not be intented but its really the funniest statement/threat i've seen in a while. I mean cmon "under the grounds of game abuse" - we're a little bit pathetic today, eh? Boy, you're not the supreme court, are you? That's just hilarious.
And please tell us when you errm destroyed them, right?
And btw. youre an isk-buyer (if so via gtc) so don't get so high and mighty Mr.

Up north where rzr and D2 lived is infested with farmers, you name a system and ooooh there is 1 or 2 guy from the same corp, ss and cloak =) They tend to go verbal if you sit in the same system with cloaker for week or so, i guess they dont get paid then.

Back when I was in RAZOR prettymuch every system surrounding by OE-4HB was infested with Russian farmers. They'd ALWAYS glitch the damned spawn, I don't know HOW they did it, but the spawns would just sit there and do their own thing regardless if you attacked them or not, and the farmers would throw hissy fits if you messed with them. And even more annoying, they'd sometimes make the spawns be like 600-1000km out or more. I asked one of them when they weren't AFK how they did it (for the petition I was writing at the time), all they said was "it's a secret."
And whats sad, the directors didn't do anything about it other than tell them to leave OE-4HB alone, since they were getting the minerals from the tax and iirc a monthly rent payment.
For anyone wanting to look 'em up, the ticker I think was TINDC or something like that. No idea if their still around \ active or whatever, but their the bastards.

I am not aware of "tapoek" meaning anything in Russian, but "oblako" does indeed mean "cloud". "Small cloud" would be "oblachko", by the way.
Payment by GTC is more popular outside the West, and is not indicative of any illegal action. It makes sense for a lot of people to pay by proxy by mining or NPCing for their game time, where credit card availability is an issue. Seen it before.
I wouldn't point the finger at any particular alliance either. Check out bulk mineral markets and tell me there's an entity out there that doesn't have a finger in the pie.

You know, I don't have very high thoughts about alot of alliances in this game but, Razor macro mining?
Doesn't quite make sense to me :P
At least I havent heard reports of macro mining ops and I live right next to them.
Edith: We do have tons of farmer ravens up here, but they aren't aligned to Razor, if they are they sure don't seem to care about them when we camp them into systems for days on end

You are very free to come up to tenal to hunt macroers. TINDC are RZR residents yes, and very valuable russian residents too. But we've yet to see any of them use macros or not respond to us when we chat. Infact TINDC have over time proven to be a valuable ally to us.
If all you are basing this on is character creation time you have to be a moron. Instead I suggest you follow them around and see how they behave.

Tapo4ek = hammeor or does it mean blunt, might have to stress the vowel when u pronounce it tho. Man my russian is rusty.
Voogru needs to get off his high horse about everyone and their dog being a farmer...
To the op: while it is your right to decide who to sell to and when. Basing a person as a farmer rather then say a guys mining alt or a hauler alt is complete crap. =)
I can personally attest that under your/voogru's great logic at least 2 of my alts are farmers due to relative creation dates and absolutly no agent standings.
