I have recently purchased a high SP character to replace my Industrial alt and have decided to try and recoup some of my investment. She has a good base of combat skills, but has a serious focus on Industry, with all the base skills trained up and the expensive industry skills purchased. A few of her key points are:
All primary Industry skills at level 5:
* Industry
* Electronics
* Engineering
* Mechanic
* Science
All secondary Industry skills at level 5:
* Metallurgy
* Research
* Mass Production
* Production Efficiency
* Laboratory Operation
Expensive Tertiary Industry Skillbooks bought and applied:
* Supply Chain Management
* Scientific Networking
* Advanced Mass Production
* Advanced Laboratory Operation
* Research Project Management
* Capital Ship Construction
* Transport Ships
Almost all R&D skills at level 2 or higher
2 million SP in learning skills
Solid base in Trade and Social skills
Bonus Proficiencies:
Can use ALL T2 Light combat drones
*Amarr
*Gallente
*Caldari
*Minmatar
Mining and Missile Launcher Operation at level 5
Can fly Caldari Battleships

Full +2 or higher Implants
Not well known in the EVE universe, no enemies

Int: 20 (+3) = 22.00
Cha: 13 (+3) = 14.30
Per: 19 (+2) = 20.90
Mem: 22 (+2) = 24.20
Will: 19 (+2) = 20.90

Don't ever say I don't give the people what they want, lowered bid increment to 100 million ISK. Current high bid is 1.3 Billion until earlier bidder confirms bid.
