Not too long ago, someone posted an updated ship chart with all the names and sizes of the ships in meters, and included the new Rev ships. As best I recall, it was posted here in GD. Does someone have a link to that chart?
Try as I might, I can't find it (<microwhine> need decent forum software, CCP!</microwhine>).

I spent the better part of an hour racking my brain, trying to come up with the proper search criteria for BOTH EVE-Files AND tried searching for the topic with EVE-Search. That's the FIRST thing I tried (because I'm not a total noob, ya know?).
Obviously, my forum-fu is not strong enough, so I took the last available option, asking politely. If the search were indeed just that easy, I'd have already had my answer and not have had to bother you lot.

I found those previously. They only have the names. I'm looking for the chart with NAMES AND SIZE.
I would write something derisive and devastating to ego here, but I would honestly like someone to fufill my request, so I remain silent until the actual links to the charts I'm looking for show up.

If you want to know the size, you can find out using the picture with the Titans included. There is an Eiffel tower in the bottom left for scale.
Maximise the picture's resolution. Keep it constant while you are measuring. Take a ruler, hold it up to your screen, and get as precise a measurement of the tower's height as you can. Now, look up the actual size of the Eiffel tower, in google or something. Take the actual size and divide it by the measured size you just got from the picture. This gives you a scale ratio - a number relating the sizes of the ships to real life.
You can now measure with your ruler (and with the picture at the same resolution) the size of any ship there, and get an approximate value by multiplying the measured size with the ratio you obtained earlier by using the Eiffel tower. Make sure you keep units constant - i.e. metres.
I may be an extreme nerd, but I was also curious about the sizes, and this is how I got them.

Edited by: Trem Sinval on 15/07/2007 23:21:19 The aircraft in the lower right of the first picture is a 737NG, probably a 700 series, not a 777. They are approx. 40m long.
