Concerning 0.0 ( pvp alliances ) no they don't care about war decs but they do have to do business in empire regularly, trust me it pays. If you are looking for logic to our dec's then you will not find a solid one, hell we don't even know all the time.

Let's be clear, I'm not complaining about you or anywhom who would put a war on us (official - empire - or not - 0.0 -). We are facing opponent that have a lot of ressources to throw away just for killing, says, one indus or more per week. The thing I don't understand is the Priv's lack of knowledge in Coa/Alliance war atm : nobody is gonna move big stuff in empire, we are almost autosuffisant (and in an active phase of war). What did outbreak was fine, strategically : install themselves in most of the Coa's strategic points. What I'm saying is I don't think TCF or any major alliance (including our ennemies) will care about your things, if you are not wardeccing the same guys two month like before. Bonus points if its an AFK hauler - as they drop the stuff that makes the ISK that pays for more wars. If the 3 decs seem one sided then its not saying as much about the PRIVS business sense as it is about the Allaince or group they dec. Check their boards - still litterd with AFK haulers. I am well aware that "we" are on that list but, you can only tell a pilot so many times "DONT AFK IN EMPIRE WHILE AT WAR YOU NUBBER", if they continue to do it then Privs continue to get kills and they will dec us again. And who can blame them? We need to "educate" the guys giving them free kills- and its not allaince organised haulers/ships they are getting, its pilots inside that allaince working for themselfs. Privs arent doing it for respect (I never did) They are doing it for the ISK. Get your members involved and help them understand that their ship loss affects more than just them. Being part of an alliance means you have a responsibility to help that alliance move forward. Giving the Privateers a reason to continue their dec against you would be a move in the opposite direction. Pirates, the other white meat. Pirates, it's what's for dinner!
