its not a big deal but i think ppl should know about it:
a tau ceti and a fury pilot agreed on a 1vs1. system was empty expect the 2 guys. after they met on the fight spot the guy gets out of gang and local goes up. 3 vagabond (with t1 drones), 1 stabber, 1 retribution weren't able to kill the drake. finally a tcf raven came to help the poor souls and the drake died.
pilots involved are:
- Alariell, Aeden, Tau Ceti Federation
- StarccK, Aeden, Tau Ceti Federation
- Elizha Minella, Aeden, Tau Ceti Federation
- Neobip, Aeden, Tau Ceti Federation
- kikurLeOuf, Aeden, Tau Ceti Federation
- Maydy, Aeden, Tau Ceti Federation
Aeden corp ceo DuAel excused the behaviour kinda (not really huh) but refused to pay the lost drake and told me that we will have enough kills of em in the future.
shame on this corp and the ceo for such beahviour.
PS: shame on those vaga pilots for dealing such crappy damage.

Disgraceful to say the least, i though some ppl whould be decent enough to go for 1v1, but this is just shocking. You dont go saying u want a 1v1 and then bring in the gang, thats not honour, u guys need to start learning that there is a thing called 1v1,and that its a win or die situation, there is options ouside ganking.
As for the vagabonds damage... pah

To be honest, you should have seen it coming, seeing as none of those ships would have been able to break the drakes passive tank alone, so why would they fight fair?

to be more specific: the agreement was a no-kill agreement. what makes it even more worse for me. and i would still go into a 1vs1. at least i know how poor the person is afterwards.

i have been in 1v1's before and they have always been honoured, which i am thankful for.
if this is true, its a sad day for 1v1 as more and more seem to dishonour the very point of them :(

You hit the nail right on the head there, it is a matter of honour and its a generaly accpeted rule in eve these days that people have no honour, untill you have witnessed otherwise.
There are very few people/corps/alliances that I would accept a 1v1 with, one of them is that Curzon Dax dude, and the others arepeople like the majority of FIX, and a few BoB dudes, hell, there are some people in my own corp I wouldnt 1v1.

I can't speak for this instance, but all my fights with TCF has been quite good, apart from the slight odor of cheese and body. They were always willing to fight, sometimes even under overwhelming odds against them.

there is much honour in the game. and to keep it up high ppl must be named here. the community will do the rest. if you gave up on loyality and honour and even dont trust some of your mates well up to you. i still believe in the ppl. mostly i am right.

- 2. You and your corpmate, since the beginning of this war, using the fact that 90% of TCF fire power is away fighting the war, were hunting down and killing poor TCF soldiers in Curse, their very home, when they come back from the front to heal their wounds

and tcf tricking ppl to get kills. i repeat it has nothing to do with protecting space. you can protect your space but this behaviour is not acceptable and by far not normal...its simply a shame. also you cant justify tricking ppl (we speak of a a no-kill agreement between 2 individuals) with region protection. also i want to point out that even your ceo excused for it but refuses to pay the lost ship back. now even you should realize its not ok mkay ?

How long have you been playing Eve, el Toppo? 'Cause first thing i learned, when i flew for the very first time in 0.0 space, is that there is no rules there. It is written on all guides, and even on that little pop up window that appear when you enter 0.0 space.
But, frankly, what were you expecting from a corp YOU'RE AT WAR WITH? both of you would do anything you could do to destroy each other. like in... hmmm... let me find a good example... a war.
I think that was a lie, but still, a fair lie. In a game where piracy's the most famous lifestyle, i find it very funny you didn't saw it coming.

an agreement has nothing to do with the space somebody owns.
there have always been agreements mostly done to honour or respect the enemy. i can remember a fight in our territory in V and after the battle which we won we decided to let the rest go and lick their wounds cause they ve put up a good fight. they trusted us and left in freedom.
remembering my good friend gauss belloid he was a pain in the ass and fought often against veritas member in GW. we all respected him, gave him 1vs1 and we had our fun. nobody ever tricked him. why should we ? to get a 10vs1 kill ? you think anybody is proud of that ? only the poor ppl are proud of such kills.
and please stay ingame with your replys. there are good and bad ppl in any country around the planet. we play eve so stick to ingame stuff.

Don¦t try to lame out with pointing TCF claims Curse... 1 vs 1 is always 1 vs 1 no matter what. If i held a region and 1 the regionholders corpmember would be challanged in 1 vs 1 I would personaly pod everyone who tries to interfear, hey I could even be judge
Btw 1 vs 1 has worked in other claimed space so why not in a npc region like curse??

While I don't agree with 1v1 violations, I find it ironic that you're whining about honor while being very carefull to avoid fighting us where we are, on the front lines. You weren't in Curse to get fights, you were there to get ganks. Where's the honor in that?
