Secure transfer only.
Please eve-mail me, or convo me ingame with the character name you wish the ETC to go to and I will offer it via my account page. You'll get an eve-mail from ccp with a link to the offer. This link does not work in the in-game browser. You then have 48 hours to accept the offer. Time Codes are validated at offer so you are getting a genuine code, the isk is deducted from the character when you accept and the time added to the account for the character. Safe as milk.

Now and again the eve-mail link doesn't work properly. I've found that if I cancel it and re-offer it does work. I suspect it's the buyer's browser issue but I can't be sure. I've never had to offer any more than twice, the second link has worked the few times this has happened.
