We have corp War slots.
How about "Assasin" slots?
It would allow people to kill those ebil nemises' and would allow people a role in accept bounty hunting contracts.
Obviously they could kill anywhere, including empire space.

Good idea - linking it to agents would be cool.
With certain standings with a security-related agent, he could set you a mission lasting 1 week to kill [insert name here] and during that week he would give you random locations etc.
Of course, this means [insert name here] would receive similar intel from whatever agent handles his security.

Maybe make it so you have to Bribe concord to escape their wrath and sentries. Make it Expensive depending on who it is. IE 10m etc
Or maybe make it more expensive the older the player is, or more expensive if they have a high sec.
Maybe add an assasin skill that has VERY high req's, (like 3 or 4 level 5's) maybe make it neccessary to have a good rating with a corp who overs the ability to bribe concord.
Make it take a month or 2 of solid training skills to get it, maybe make the skills useless for anything but acieving assasin status.
Maybe make it neccessary to do certain dangerous missions for certain corps to be granted the ability?
Make it a specialization, one that takes a long time to get, and thus only a few will have it

That or why not go after peoples agents to cripple their network with megacorporations?
