Fair enough - that a name was mentioned as the ore thief but I was not privy to any specific info as it was obviously being dealt with at the management level, so to speak.
And yes, I did say "ahhh he was in the same station as me, and didnt say anything" as the named individual had been very quiet - that does not neccessarily imply guilt tho ;) For all we know you planted someone to "steal" so you could have a reason to dec an easy target...
I don't doubt your abilities as a PvP corp tho m8, your killboard reads well and you have a lot of killmails I bet - but it still doesn't explain wardec'ing us for the actions of one member

Luxe Ecru i will give u more respect after you go toe to toe with repo as i still dont think you will. for one your ceo doesnt seem like he wants to fight and if u dont think we dont know about u have spies in our corp u are mistaken.
The point im making here is i take it personal that a pvp corp attacks a corp in empire space for no reason at all. You say its cos we stole ore ...when you and me know that is not true. You made it up so it didnt look like you was after easy kills. Off course you will kill my corp we are not pvp but we will take it on the chin we wont whine and cry about it .. but please dont whine and take it as well thats against the rules that I showed some intiative and hired people to help us take you out (AND THEY WILL U KNOW IT I KNOW IT). I would have thought you would have thanked me for giving you some proper targets ?
I am standing up for all the small corps out there who get griefed on by so called pvp bullies .. sure we could disband our corp and u may still be able to brag how you split up a mining corp in eve ... but as long as you take heavy losses as u will i dont mind bankrolling these guys for eternity.

A fantastic waste of time....
I was willing to engage in a bit of PvP if only to make things a bit exciting but even that hasn't happened! I was willing to learn a bit against the vastly more powerful guys....no show in almost a week now...
So the general feeling is apathy...some ppl almost forgot we were at "war"
These are my own views tho - and in no way reflect the opinion of the CEO or management :)

Locator agents are in use and we moved to neutral territory as you know ;)
Your killboards have been very quiet expcept for the one night we threw about 20 frigates at you for fun :)
And there HAS been lots of docking - as soon as one of u is in space and sees anyone you all dock - I'm not "smacktalking". Just reporting what I am observing personally...not much point in me coming to find you with my 1.7mil SP and 2 months of play experience really ;)
Anyway I don't fancy 0.0 just yet...

I don't intend to go for smacktalking here, but some things have to be made clear imo.
Even after the 20+ frig 'thing', our kb has been going. Maybe not with Chosen/Repo (though there are a few more Chosen kills too), but it's hard to kill people when they dock/log. Plz don't make this a game of 'you docked' "no you docked". We have been very active and been waiting for Repo/Chosen (hell, we even went to look for you in osm, but then you fled and logged) a few days now. I hope you didn't hire mercs that can't find targets. But now I'm moving into smack territory and I don't want that to happen.
Judge us on our fights, not what people say we do. I cannot stress enough that we are alive and kicking (in space that is) and await thee.

Very active? where? on the forums maybe, but certainly judging by your killboard I'd say not.
In addition, most of your recent kills have been made in your old alliances backyard, where you seem to spend much of your time these days. (So yes we do now how to use locator agents )

Again our killboard shows that we don't run away from fights, and from I understand it was your side that docked.
You state that your not smack talking and that your ready to fight, but your posts are full of stuff that is pretty close to the wire, and you can talk yourselves up all you like, we've been all over empire and we've only encountered you a few times. The rest of your time has been spent under the shadow of your old alliance.
I've noted you got a single kill on us, let's hope we see more of you then

Good luck to the industrial corp, to me it sounds like a cheap reason to declare on a non-pvp corp so they can pad their killboard stats. Enjoy the experience, and keep on with those cheap frigs, you'll get a kill eventually. The most important thing is that you learn from it. Oh, and you did the right thing. NEVER PAY RANSOM. F 'em ;)

Since that helpful advice Luxe was taken out by a "friend" of ours and the war "ended" according to Concord's email - but in true griefer fashion a few of the Monkey's hung around outside our station and killed a new member with 900k SP as he didn't know about the 24hrs it takes for the official end....
