I'm auctioning a young industrial character with a lot of potential.
He has a +3 implant set in the head. He has no assets, no negative balance, no outstanding buy or sell orders. He has nearly no standing to any faction.
Highlights:
- Advanced Mass Production IV (he has 8 build slots)
- Advanced Laboratory Operation IV (he has 10 lab slots)
- Can fly Iteron Mark V.

Auction start: on creation of this message.
Auction end: Friday 20th of July 2007, 1900 eve time.
starting bid: 600m
Bid increment: 50m until 1bn ISK bid. After that it's 100m increments.
reserve: hidden until very close to it.
Buyout: I think 1.5bn is a reasonable amount for the buyout.
Sniper rule: 15m
I'll pay for the transfer fees.
