As I new player I have to say I find corporate theft a game play perk. Some people hate pirates, theft etc but step back and look at the freedom EVE allows for emergent gameplay. The fact you can have espinioge, theft, bank fraud all make new an interesting playing mechanics.
EVE has something for everyone... Carebears can mine, build, invcent, Combat PvP pilots can pew pew, pirates pirate, spies spy, leaders lead on and on. Who is anyone in this game to attack someone else's play style?
We all pay to play and all find our enjoyment in different ways. Enough with the ban corporate theft or pirates or what ever you personally dont like. ITS PART OF WHAT MAKES THE GAME GREAT. Stop trolling already!!! Sucks for BoB/Evo but it happens I dont feel bad. I feel no worse than say the 100b+ in ISK damage BoB caused to another alliance/corp.
No one is crying for the wiped out north? ACSN etc. Why because one game mechanic was use(combat) and not another? Why is theft any different? It makes for another tool in the tool chest, a 3rd dimension. ENJOY the freedom EVE allows good, bad or indifferent its a game and a unique one at that due to the freedom provided.

I have awesome reading comprehension and a large attention span and noticed that the corp theft had absolutely nothing to do with being hacked whatsoever so it was pure game mechanics.

Well to try and stay on topic, corp theft has always been a part of the game. I dont ever see that changing.
