I have trained all learning skills to lvl 4. Is there any I should train to lvl 5?

Learning itself.
Past that... Int & Per couldn't hurt to have more of, given their placement as primaries.
Really, it comes down to how much you want/need them. 8 points into all your attributes likely doubled a most of them, maybe tripled a couple.

Given the amount of time involved I think it makes sense to train all the Basic Skills to 5 including Learning, Advanced to level 4. Possibly not a bad thing depending on your attributes to take an Advanced to 5 but it would need to be rather gimped to justify that.

Learning 5 breakeven - ~8 1/2 months
All 5 Basic 5's breakeven - ~16 months (or less)
Clarity 5 + Focus 5 breakeven - ~19 months of perc/will or will/perc training.
At least do Learning 5, the rest is up to you. I recommend all of the above and no other Advanced 5's.
As for which Advanced 5's are "worth it", actually a lower stat makes the breakeven take slightly LONGER. Either way it's a small change. So you should not base it on which stats are low or high, but rather the stats needed for the bulk of skills you intend to train. For most people that is Perc and Will.
