Being a Fleet Commander and a Arbitrator pilot are the same thing - The only difference being that the Fleet Commander commands other people, and the people actually listen to him.

It is pathetic that some ships can shield tank and others have to armour tank. Missle boats, drone boats, blaster boats, duck tape and chicken wire boats - all bad. Make them the same, "generic fluid filled space boats". Make everything the same, no races, bloodlines, just "generic SF stereotype race". Do away with different damage types, just "hurty stuff". Why do we need different NPCs? Replace them with "generic ISK source mobs". Thats better now.

It does get a mining bonus, a few patches ago CCP gave all the tier 2 cargo type frigs the same bonuses (20% yield per level and some other junk).
