We still seem to be missing most of the "Energized" armor hardeners.
Only Thermal hardener is there.
These are the the 32,5% always on armor hardeners

Ok ok, this is a bit off topic but I think that there's no Radar Back Array II's in game yet! The only type not in game btw!!!

Iv gotten the felling that the bp's are not spawning no more as a few bp's iv seen on the market are player provided not npc it seems like the market is becoming more and more empty plunty of items no bp's and becides even if you get a bp its not verry likly you will find a reacherch slot . <<< http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=82169 >>>

what about BPOs for nromal / secure containers?
It really sucks, that i have to bring them down into 0.0 one by one, when i could easily build them there.

I got the phase inverter 1 on TQ last month. Had to wander around a bit to find it, but it was on NPC market. Heinmater/Pator I think.
I suspect all the racial ECMs are available somewhere in empire.

There's a list of missing bphere. Some of the bp have been added (the ones that people have made a big fuss about) but despite being mention in numerous CSM's, most are still not it  .
