lady metaxa will be reciving isk.

this toon is very good a pvp has 3 or 4 fitted ships with loads of t2 mods and a few faction items.
sec status is -5.1 (due to alot of pvp)
Attributes (without implants) are:
Intelligence 16
Perception 22
Charisma 10
Willpower 16
Memory 12
Total skill points 20,192,744
toon is stationed just out side of sydicate (0.0) in a low sec system (forget the name)
