This char is an excellent mission/rat pilot in a T2 fitted Raven, the ultimate PVP tackler in a Flycatcher (interdictor), and can also fly a Drake or Crow for PVP goodness.
Starting bid and reserve 3.0 bil

He has good all around stats, high learning skills, can breeze through L4 missions (he has 9.62 standing with the Caldari Navy!), can use T2 cruise and T2 heavy missiles, T2 medium drones, T2 shield tank, flies Caldari interceptors, interdictors, and HACs, and is only a month away from flying command ships. He's a missile guy so his gunnery skills are not superb but he's only 2 months to T2 large rails if you want to be a sniper.
Char will be transferred with 1 isk in his wallet and various T1 ships/ammo scattered around the universe, possibly including several Drakes and Ravens depending on how motivated I get to fly around and sell them :)

I'll be finishing heavy assault 4 today and then working on warfare link specialist 3 and 4 to take me into next weekend and then I'll start him on Battlecruiser 5. As soon as that finishes he'll be able to train command ships and jump into a Nighthawk.
