Move one of the arbitrator's highs to a low.
No balance reason, I just would seriously never fly another T1 cruiser if this happened.
My dream setup with this config:
3x Small Diminishing Power System Drain I
Y-T8 Overcharged Hydrocarbon I Microwarpdrive Medium Electrochemical Capacitor Booster I Warp Disruptor II X5 Prototype I Engine Enervator Balmer Tracking Disruptor
Medium Armor Repairer II N-Type Kinetic Hardener I N-Type Thermic Hardener I 800mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I

So.. you want to move one of the highslots on a 4/4/4 ship to the low, to make a 3/5/4 ship? Interesting.
Anyway, that might be just the reason why it shouldnt be changed. The Arbitrator is one of the few strong ships Amarr can field and some say its more of an Gallente ship than an amarr one as it resides entirely on its drones. Its like a vexor, but with imho, improved slot layout.
Indeed - would be to unstopable(even if thats not the change I'd like to see)

Yeah, I'm not saying it wouldn't be unbalanced
I'm just wishing I had an extra mid and wondering what other people think about it. -- A Solo Arbitrator vid, Distortion by Corwain |

If you love the Arbi, you're going to adore the Curse.

I was just discussing this with a friend today.
He claims that you can run 2 x webbers, MWD, & Sensor Damp for mids on this ship along with the usual Nos-Highs & standard lows but no cap injector.
See any problems with this set-up?
Is it more effective to run 2 webbers or is this a wasted effort?
I don't have any experience with Amarr ships myself.

It is more versatile to drop the webbers and fit a capacitor booster. The webbers stop you from cycling your MWD, but a booster will negate the extra cap drain. On top of that it will help you vs casual nos users.
In short I would not try to fit webbers on an Arbitrator. It has too few mids as it is.

Yeh amarr sucks, tho arbitrator is (suprisingly) one of ships that DOESN'T suck.

Curse is nice when I fly it, but people run away when they see you on scan. The Pilgrim has the opposite problem, they never see you on scan so you have to catch em in a belt or at a gate. The Arbitrator can roam the belts quite easily without inspiring fear, and people can scan you down too if they want a fight. -- A Solo Arbitrator vid, Distortion by Corwain |

EXACTLY The reason I like to fly small ships (T1/Non-BS) too :)

Never have a problem finding people to fight in my Curse, or finding someone in a belt. Tbh, I don't particularly like this concept of waiting for someone to jump me.
