Ive no experience at all in capitals and its something ive recently thought i might add to my personal fleet.
Id only be using this ship for small engagements (low sec mainly)
But i was thinking.
2/3 nos neut's 1x smarty (all faction, TS prolly) or 2x remote cap reps depending of gang.
2/3x sensor boosters 1x warp disruptor 1/0x Cap recharger (possibly faction again)
2x cap reps 3x active hard's 1x dmg control 1x faction eanm
3x CCC's
Now i know its weird to say this becus ive not flown them before, But becus you can hold so many cap 800's and prolly have a stream of cap i was thinking out loud to myself dual heavy t2 injectors, now before you shout out rude comments i hope you can see my train of thought with this, viable?
Also im thinking the setups a pretty standard small engagment setup? (damp defense also)

Change your highs to gang modules and Drone Control Units, and 2x remote reps. always like that, especially if its a smaller gang.
Im not so sure on what to put in the mids tho. But i guess mostly cap recharge and sensor boosting. -YOU ARE NOW READING MY SIGNATURE-

It would be better if you could rely on another, faster ship to do your tackling and then gear up for more of a supportive role.
Heavy injectors can be an option, but only if you take it to a high enough degree -- two injectors isn't going to provide you with very much cap at all, compared to what you'd be using.

Mids and lows really aren't important. It's essentially going to break down to your tanking preference.
Highs I don't like how you're going about it. Neut/nos seems a bit silly.
In a gang situation I would personally run 2x remote cap rep, 1x triage (you do not necessarilly turn it on, but if you need it press the button and nobody on your team dies) and 2x gang mods.
Solo, go with the old standby of drone control units out your ass. Maybe add a remote rep on top, officer smartbomb to taste (but that's the 0.0 in me talking). ----

Thanks for your input, but i feel some of you aren't getting how small scale i mean, lol you cant seem to pull your self out of fleet support role.
Nos and Neut are for battleships and other tackers should help break tanks. (cant be having sentries shooting my fighters now)
Cap recharger's aren't needed in mid to that extreme, i need to fast lock - It wont be deployed long and i need a point because its highly likely il be losing my support and waiting for them to return.
anyways... You guys getting what kinda combat im aiming for?

3 Drone control units 2 heavy TS neuts (nos are kinda pointless tbh
2 x ss sensor boosters domi web domi disruptor
2 cap reps 3 active hardeners eanm dmg ctrl
3 ccc rigs
Looking at it now i'd change the neuts for cap remote reps, giving your gang mate 3000 armor hp every 5 makes you much loved

Always found neuts to be much more effective but they do take cap, in longer fights with 2 remote shield/cap or armor reps and possibly your own tank, some would prefer to fit nos.
Carrier for small fights relies on it's support, once your support goes down, more often then not, so do you. Fear the Ibis of doom!

Sensor booster, 30km Scrambler, 2x Cap recharger t2
2x capital reps, 3x t2 hards, t2 damage control, best cap relay you can find.
Runs those cap reps 24/7 if you have those nos on your target and maxed cap skills.
EDIT: forgot to mention those 3x CCC rigs, sorry.

ta lads.
Wont be fitting DCU's becus the dmg from 13 Drones/fighters alone will be sufficient.
It needs to be able to hold down targets, Battleships mainly. Other carriers, but il have support there.
Think il stick 1x cap remote rep on there and perhaps a cloak from time to time. May fit a Triage mod if its needed, but 9 times outa 10 il need my fighters/drones out and about. -------------------------------------------------------- [Video] Forever Pirate 3

I like to have good recharge so my cap wont die after a jump-in.
I guess it's upto what you prefer. ---
