I left the game about a year ago, just before the deployment of Kali. I was subscribed to both EVE and EQ2 and found I was doing neither the justice they deserved. In those days EVE was pretty stable although we used to ***** about the occasional lag.
Anyway, I decided to suspend my EVE account for a while and came back last week. What a scene of devastation! I used to play via Tiscali and had no problems. During the last year my ISP began restricting bandwidth big time, especially to accounts on unrestricted downloads. This seems to have caused a HUGE problem to EVE to the extent that I can no longer log on at all between the hours of midday and midnight. I have however obtained my MAC code from Tiscali and will be migrating to BT next Monday, so fingers crossed on that issue.
Just after I left EVE there was the "insider dealing" issue with BoB which seems to shake the community big time. Now too we seem to have these all to frequent crashes (although they don't really affect me yet as I can't log on during prime time anyway). It seems to me that although online users are not really that much higher than when I used to play a year ago the platform is far less stable than it once was. I am beginning to believe that it all revolves around my leaving, then returning to, EVE. Maybe things will begin to calm down a bit now I'm back. If so, please ensure that regular contributions are sent to my account in order that it stays that way......know what I mean?

I really hate it when ppl get high on drugs, then try and make some sense in the forums.

No, CCP has worked so hard to get Heat into the game, that they simply forgot about fixing the bugs...
So thats a lot of bugs (Known issues)!!
...and that list is very far from complete
