Does anyone have info on, or a link to, gas cloud harvesting?
I know the basics - find it, train skill, use gas cloud harvesters. But that is about it.
Does the cloud do damage? If so what type and how much?
How much are the mined products worth and where is it best to sell them (Jita I guess!) - but market or contract?
Any other tips/pointers much appreciated.

Your extremely unlikely to run into gas clouds unless you live in one of the alliance controlled constellations, even then gas products don't really trade on the open market but mostly internal with in alliances as they can only be used with other gas products.

A tiny bit of info. I've found gas clouds. Bought the skillbook and harvesters. They fit like mining lasers. Was able to mine the clouds at first with only 1 harvester (I had 4 fitted). The next cloud I was able to use 2 harvesters at once. I've forgotten the name of the stuff recovered from mining. Found no market info for it. Also didnt see any refine or reprocess tab for it. Its not much as I am also trying to find out more on this subject.

I have yet to find a single gas cloud anywhere, so I think they are all bottled up tight in bob space.

I have not been able to find any gas cloulds yet either, Course I'm in drone space so I would not be suprised if they decided drone space does not get to use gas mining.

there's something they call 0.0 cosmos regions - there are a few agents in space and i believe, somewhere in that area, one should be able to gas clouds.

From what i gathered.
Gas cloud->Bio Reactor(POS)->Bio Silo->Drug lab
gas cloud into a pure drug form and the then bottle it up in a drug lab.It could be pretty easy to sneak into alliance space and get some the problem is moving it out.each unit is 10m3 so really your best bet is a speed dictor.Then have them fill up a few Giant secure containers.Then bring in a carrier in for quick extraction.
Run the POS in low-sec.
PS:The skill books and miners can be found even in jita now.But you need to exploration to find the gas clouds.

I have a gas cloud, that isnt the problem! And it isnt near one of those in space agants that sit near some gates. I also have the skill and am getting the harvesters. I just dont know if it is worth it and do the clouds do damage?

Gas clouds explode when you mine them. You need a good tank to mine them, and don't use a T1 hauler to take the stuff away while you're mining, or you'll blow up your own hauler. I've seen this happen to a Mpire gas op before (like to thank them for "donating" all that gas to us btw).

They are in the 8 Gas Cloud Constellations all over eve 0.0. There you have to look for ladar signals. thats the gas clouds.
But i give you a hint. ITs not worth the time to mine them otherwise the alliance living there would do it already
I had all the equipment 2 Weeks after Kali hit the server. Even before you could buy the harvester and the skills. But CCP didnt see where the problem with booster his.
Its not a shortage of harvester or pilot able to do it.
its the time need.
Round about 3 - 4 play hours are need to produce 1 Booster.
And who is willing to pay 20 mill per shoot ?

I'd tell you more. But I'd just be generating competition that way. 
We had to all find out ourselves, no one gave us information as to how this profession is done.
So I'd say its just fair if you researched it yourself also.
