Well, if there were less isk/rigs around apoc is still the best low-budget tank out there :)
4x Eutetic cap recharger
2x Large t2 repper
4x active t2 hardeners
1x beta cap power relay
Just run forever, and if ya put artillery or arty+siege you can shoot until you want and tank forever.
I used it for tank 6/10 sansha plex, then turned to 3ccc rigged hyperion for meaner tank :)
I know is not something to be so much proud but well, better then nothing...

This is all something we have planned, if you want some order on this then we'll probably work on omni tanks/EM damage problem first and then look into some of the others."

EANM nerf didnt really boost amarr, just nerfed blasterboats or other cpu intense ships.
dont say "it was to reduce the cookie 2x eanm and damage control setup which gave a hihg em and therm resistance" because all it did was mean people had to go for an adaptive nano, or faction gear.
Also dont even try compliment the cpu amount for using active hardners, because using an active tank on a greatly cap struggling ship is just stupid.
