The 1isk "bounty" was symbolic and we'd been led to believe by the terrorists that many would take the opportunity to commit yet another crime of violence and take her life. Their rally at Lustrevik gathered many in support. They echoed us in the call for Midular's removal from office and a return to true tribal leadership. I believe this is exactly why they have been imprisoned without trial, the Voice silenced, not because of any suspected connection to The Hands.
