This is one of the best recruitment posts I have ever read. You guys sound like a great group on and off the battlefield . I may have to look you guys up sometime down the road.

Currently, I am happy to say that we are about to reach our goal of app. 10 core highly active players. Of these, we still have room for 1-2 relatively inexperienced pilots (5-10m skillpoints), although we will of course fill the slots with more qualified pilots if needed.
Once the core has been filled, our recruitment policy will change into one of invite-only, where applicants have to be sponsored by a current full-time member for consideration. Previous pvp experience and skill points distribution will also be prioritized significantly higher. Upon reaching our stated goal of app. 20 active players, recruitment will be closed.
Our brand new killboard is currently up and running - and yesterday Toxicology reached its 1st billion of damage done with less than a 100m done in return, with the help of friends and associates - although our activity and operations are still on a rather casual level due to the training of two younger players and getting things together on the organizational level.
Thanx to all who have displayed interest - and to those with whom we have crossed swords so far. It is my hopes and belief, that we'll be seeing each other a lot more on the battlefields of EVE.
Our public channel 'toxicity' is still open for business, in case you want to get to know us and/or fly with us. As an addendum to the channel rules, I'd like to remind all of our friends inthere - past, present and future - that 'toxicity' is NOT an intel channel. Intel concerned with on-going operations + 'traffic advisories' should be shared through more secure means.
