I tried the directx fix suggested with no success. I can start one client just fine. The problem occurs when I attempt to start a second client. The second client shows in the task manager but does not ever appear on screen after the splash screen.

Hello,
I have the same problem with 2 clients on the same PC: the second don't work. I normally launch the client with different users. If I launch the 2 client with the same user , the 2 clients work fine.

Caurynth, this is the same for me. I use separate user accounts as this is the only way I could get the settings not to reset as often. -----------------

Edited by: Akuma Gouki on 28/08/2007 21:12:53 I've got a similar problem, but I get a popup error message stating something about extra file "trinity.dll" in the /bin folder and says that the installation was corrupted. I've tried downloading and reinstalling the entire client a few times and it hasn't worked yet. :(
EDIT: Nevermind, I found this thread: http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=583861&page=3#78
Seems to have worked.
