Gang invites are still susceptible to "You have already invited this person to gang etc etc".
Coloured Ship Icons
When someone warps to your position, the ship icon flickers between it's colour and white making it a bit difficult to figure out which colour it will end up being for a second or two.
Mouseover's on bookmarks
When you hold your cursor over a bm in your Peeps and Places window, the mouseovers are are doubled up - the bottom one is wider than the top one (try it and you'll see what I mean).

On details of your agent mission from the journal the scroll bar is missing. Have to resize the window to read the details are bonus's

I noticed that since the patch, every time I boot up Eve Online it starts in an uncomplete window. Haveing the window size but not showing the outter-lines. Have to switch between two resolution modes or full-screen and 'windows' to get it back ok.

windowed / fullscreen modus bug
when my settings are windowed and i close or crash and need to reconnect, my login and character selection screen appears as a small window in which i can not alter the size.
Once im logged in this small size window stays and if i switch back to "fullscreen" mode in the eve options, the window adjusts to fullscreen (im logged in a station atm) but the station bar menues do NOT adjust to fullscreen and stay on the same locations as in the smallish windowed screenmode.
to fix the issue i needed to logout with "fullscreen" activated and relogin and change to "windowed" again, which will only bring the issue up again, once i quiet eve or crash unless i change back to fullscreen before.

Drone/Gang window - health bars are bugged with borders and true health incorrectly shown.
Giant Cans - dragging from one jet can to a giant can in your hold still does not refresh and update properly.
ATM isk deposit function - many people cannot deposit their isk BACK into their wallets from the hanger now and thus is trapped.

When you try to drag n drop a multiple selection of items to a hangar-tab, it doesn't work anymore (was working before the patch), but it works fine with 1 single item.

journal doesnt update correctly.
pre patch, when u declined a mission and asked for a new job, it would update automatically in the journal under offered missions.
now you have to close journal a few times to finally see the new offered mission appear

- copying bookmarks to your carhohold makes them disappear.
- ammo display on turrets sometimes don't update at all, so you get either full or empty.
- autorepeat status on launchers resets when you dock/log.
- willpower is now completely useless, good move, at least release leadership skills.

I've found a work around for the small windows char selection screen.
If you click on the << button, it takes you back to the login screen. Login again and you get a proper sized char selection screen (I've confirmed this multiple times).
I'm suffering from increased CTD's and machine lockups. When I check out the XP minidump, it seems to be pointing to a Driver issue (can't sus which one), but it only happens in EVE, not in any of the other games I play.
GFX card is Radeon 8500LE 128Mb with newest ATI drivers (also locked under older drivers which is why I upgraded).
