What's there to respond about? We're down three towers and support structures. *shrugs* Nothing to dispute.
On a good note, 49u got a nice stress test with 500+ players during the peak.
Good show, IAC, AAA, and BoS. We'll get you next time. =)

i wuld like to announce that due 2 recent developments in the field of EVE ONLINE (specifically aruond the 49-UPU area) that KUAT DRIVE YARDS will be setting IAC blue nd all other stanings will be reset (sorry FIRMUS IXIONS FORGED IN CONFLICT). plz dont cry if u get w8sted

No there was a time where we would pay people isk if they found a missing mail after 48 hours. And we still enforce people post there mails, but sometimes people forget...and they get badgered to put it up when they next log in. If there is a mail missing let us know and it will get posted, we strive to keep our kill board up to date or it would be useless when it comes to contract reviews/updates or any other kill board related stuff. People are so quick to throw insults around these days :(

Seriously tho, why are people getting all trollhappy about a missing carrier mail that isn't even a day old

To play devil's advocate and be fair to the MC dude, we popped the carrier literally seconds before downtime so he may have not had a chance to copy the loss mail quickly before the server went down.
Looking forward to more pew pew.

I'm not actually ragging on the carrier loss itself so much as the MC pilot who tried to brush it off: "ho-hum, carrier losses mean nothing to us now."

Here is what I know: it seems that the new POS Bowling fix has a few interesting side effects, one of which is that if you are operating from an allied POS and do not enter the force field password before you enter warp then you will land 10k short of the bubble. This happened to two of our carrier pilots yesterday (I'm sure the enemy remembers the Thanatos that barely got inside) and Spacebar was one of them.
Lardarz is correct that the loss happened just as DT hit and, having just lost a capital ship to something like this, Spacebar decided to go cool down a bit before returning to the game and dutifully posting his loss.

And? You're still losing sov 3 when BoS gets sov for a couple days, allowing for AAA/IAC to drop capitals into the system whenever they feel like it. If they can take out 3 larges with the cyno jammer up, it's going to be ugly when it goes down.

Our operative inside the MC has come back with the news that FIX is to be bolstered by not one alliance but two.
Firm reports are coming in that the MC will be backing FIX up and unconfirmed speculation would point to AXE as one of the alliances that may be wading in to help.
FIX have had a hard time of it lately and the use of MC as a tool to help a "pet" alliance is an interesting one to say the least. Axe of course will do as they are told :D.
IAC are the primary targets but a firm area has been given to lock down and protect.
Gl to both sides and Gf's. Dont let the desynch get you down.
