 Ok so I was mining with the corp in empire about 20 mins ago, and the game dropped me, and now I cant log in, ive been trying every 5 mins since and even rebooted but I cant get back into the game.
I get to the character select screen and then, select a character and it just says "failed" when it tries to load a character and exits the game.
Anyone got any ideas?

I'm playing find. Probebly something with your ISP is causing connection issues. Not EVE's problem.

does it this time every night now or there abouts, proggressivly kicks more and more people till they reboot dont set a short skill over prime time :)

If you get dropped, and can't login...that means the authentication servers have died...which means tranq dies not far behind.

cant log in too, my 2 clients desync and when i try to connect, it stays at "authenticating" and thats all.

they hired the financial guru for the market, maybe he told them something like "drop the servers every so often and the market will stabilize" lol, anywho, had rats attacking me in a belt and "all items busy" then dropped, ty CCP for such a wonderful game =)
funny how I switched from another MMO to eve, maybe I should reverse course....

But not being able to connect at during my usual play time several days in a row is just too much. What makes it so special that around 4-5pm EST the server goes bye-bye EVERY DAY????

Of course it could just be that the hamsters are tired after an all night session on the sun flower seeds.

aye. i crashed the first time, mid battle lv 3 mission. logged back in to my pod. petitioned, went to dock, and crashed again. i better get my friggin ship and fittings back.

I love how it has to happen just when I was fighting bc's in a 0.1 system... no way I survived :(
also, would people stop blaming ISPs or routers for eve problems? I mean, so many people are having connection probs, we have server crashes almost every day now, and when CCP is confronted with it, they say the blame lays with my ISP or router.. I'm starting to think that TWC's RoadRunner (c) has a secret plan to ruin Eve Online... I bet Net Gear and the other router companies are also in on the conspiracy...

Just look on the bright side, if CCP gave us all 10m ISK for every time Eve crashed, there would be a whole lot of capitals out there,

Pretty simple.
CCP= European company = Europe = French = hate Americans = server downtime  (though if they really wanted to **** us east coasters, they would prob do it later at night, as most Americans log at 8 pm and later)
Actually i just think its the busiest time in Europe (8:00 pm in england and later in most other European countries)

server seems to keep crashing and then rebooting. everytime i check it says starting up in 6 mins, then in six mins time it says starting up in 4 mins, etc...
