Just 15 minutes ago I was happily connected, when my skill training ran out. As I wanted to change my skill, client hang. Nothing to do then shut down and try to restart again, but couldnt"
"Connection Timeout - The server did not respond to the client's secure-handshake request within a reasonable amount of time"
I am right that the lost training time will be compensated ?

they won't compensate.. lost 7 hours of training last week, and a couple hours the other day.. they don't think it's a legitimate reason

"Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number was wrong."

i was starting the new training when the servers were going down the other day. i thought the training was started...i lost 12 hours of skill training time :-(

Rule #1
at the first sign of laggy behavior, look for the next skill you have at lvl 4 that needs at least 12hrs of training and switch training to it as fast as you can. you will have all your skills maxed out in no time.

don't complain at the forums for not following rule #1

You are warned.. set a long skill for training on patchdays.. Tuesday and Wednesday were both patchdays so common sense dictates haveing a skill that runs for a few days afterwards even a week in order to wait for stability.
No excuses guys CCP warned you

If you cannot wait for them to fix the problem, and to pick a new skill, its not the fault of CCP.
