Hello, I am looking for some "training videos". These are the second best way that i learn things. First of course being in game experience. If any of you all know any links to training video on nearly any subject i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Welcome to Eve Zeveroth.
You haven't really said what it is you'd like to learn first off. You want to know how to be a Miner? How to PvP?
I'm not aware of any training videos to be honest so maybe its something you could contribute to the community once you've picked up the basics? I'm sure everyone would appreciate it. 
In order to learn the basics, we need to know more about what it is you want to learn so we can point you in the direction of one of the many very good guides the community have made available.
For general basics try the Player Guides which cover a large number of in-game aspects.
Some of the guides have animated or interactive pages where you can move things around to see what affect this would have on various parameters.
For specific guides in the area you wish to know more about try this list of Guides which is stickied at the top of this forum - but incase you missed it.

I once saw a couple of "training" vids on the Agony Unleashed website - in their public area.
Have a look there, or do a search on youtube.

Although CCP have said they are working on this sort of thing, there currently aren't any training videos that I am aware of. The closest thing you are likely to find is just watching a standard PvP video, and seeing how people do things in those. The rest of it you will likely only get from reading and trial and error.

Well technically I am not new. I have been at this game for a while, and I am using a mining barge for making isk, and was just wondering if there were any known videos out. Thanks for the suggestions.

go to YouTube, and look up Goon Training video.
They have quite a few, and they are pretty good.
