i can say with fair centainty that harvester are not a tech1 item. or at least weren't meant to be in the game this soon, since they have been all but removed from drops. Porb put them in at tech 4/5 since they are 300% better then the basic.. while tech 2 items seem about 50% better

I think Deva means there is no npc supply of this bp, and also because the bp doesn't even show up on the buy list, even with the "only show active items" tickbox unchecked. Because I can't find it either.

THis is getting silly now - three times we've been told "they will be added today" and thats only since they were promised in the patch notes.
