Red Moon Federation is exactly what you want.
I won't go into structure and stuff publically but I will convo you tomorrow and have a TS chat if you like.
But to high lite our situation:

well I'd like to see you wear promo tags :0 but anyway why merge why not just come join a fun alliance like IAC. Its not like a good corps even needs much of a ceo.

Corp 1 is a well known Pure PvP corp that is looking for pilots of your caliber. Corp 1 is also a corp of high sp players ranging from 25-60m sp players as well with myself and two others whom have fewer sp's.
We are currently merging with Project Gemini
At the end of this merger corp 1 will have in the realm of 75 pvp charactures and fewer than 10 alts in corp all told. We as a group have not engaged in pos warfare, we do not like to blob, we feel that the true excitement of eve comes from one on one confrontations, small gangs roaming lowsec and o.o, and surrounding ourselves with reds.
Please I would like to talk with you in game if we have a chance I am very intrested in the possibilities of combining forces.
