Ah the Hound. I haven't seen any setup threads for it post Rev2. Let's stop bumping that old one and start making use of the three launcher slots.
Also I'd love to see some talk about Hound strategy. Obviously it's a killer solo ship if you're hunting frigs but what about a gang support role? How would you fly?

May I suggest three cruise missile launchers and a Improved Cloak II? Is that too far-fetched?

planning on using bombs or not?
With cov-ops 5 and AWU 4 I was able to get this:
Highs 2xCruise Launcher IIs
1x Bomb Launcher I
1x Imp Cloak II
5th slot unused I dont have the cpu to fit a nos
Mids
1x Catalyzed Cold-Gas MWD
1x Faint Warp Prohibitor
1x Sensor Booster II
Lows
1x Overdrive II
1x Nanofiber II
1x PDU II
This thing is a BEAR to fit between the cpu and the PG
I end up w/ 290/293.75 cpu and 52.16/52.5 PG You cannot drop the PDU or you wont have the PG so no way to add a co-processor for more cpu intensive goodies. Going w/ a MAPC instead of a PDU doesn't free up enough CPU to add a NOS.

- 1x Prototype Cloaking Device I
- 3x 'Arbalest' Cruise Launcher I (Paradise Cruise Missle)
Med
- 1x Passive Targeter I
- 1x Remote Sensor Booster I
- 1x Remote Sensor Dampener I

- 1x Co-Processor II
The setup I use. It's pretty decent, warp in a stealth up, hit your booster, lock and damp, let loose a salvo, if it doesn't kill in the first launch, it should on the second (in terms of frigs/cruisers, anyhow). With a few more skills (lotta upgrade stuff at IV atm), you could swap **** out for T2, or right now you could swap for named if you have the cash. I've killed BCs with a disruptor and long range jamming, but he got about half way through the armour. I imagine it could take a BS with help or even solo with better skills, but I dunno.
