Someones been messing with the mission types per division 
Firt mining mission I have gotten in about 600 missions for the Fed Navy.
Important - In need of a freelance miner

Mission briefing:

An important member of our faction lies mortally wounded in the operation room on this station. We need to clone him as soon as possible if he is to have any chance of survial, but the cloning facilities are out of order. I need you to fetch me 1683 units of Mexallon so we can save his life. Your performance in this mission will not go unnoticed in the world.

Yeah. I'm about to post about this, to see if this is just fed navy, or if it's across the board

TomB: End the speed-race. 1 propulsion mod allowed, make turrets affect ship attributes like +speed/+ab speed +agil for progressivly smaller/lighter turrets, -speed/-ab speed -agil for long-range. |

Caldari Navy had better not ask me for minerals. I do Navy missions specifically so I won't have to mine. That's the point of having specialized corps: you get to do more of what you like and less of what you hate.

You don't generally have to mine them. You can just buy 'em off the market.

Kaalakoita gives these missions frequently, these are good missions if you have a lot of spare minerals, I've gotten 3 of these in a row, fast missions atleast. :)

Self-contradictory statement. LESS of, does not mean, NONE of. Even Astral Mining will occasionally want someone killed, and even the Caldari Navy will occasionally need some isogen.

got a few mineral missions recently off my 2 lvl 3 gall fed customs agents. Never got any before the patch, but I don't mind. I got an assload of minerals laying around, and while i'm mass-declining hydrogen battery jobs, they are good for the quick standing raise. :D

I am getting these from the Republic Fleet.
Not checked my Gallente navy agents yet.
