CCP, DEV's, Players. Here is a little helping hand on the content. This link below will take you to a page where a guy has some game ready models. How about using them for some badly needed content. Some kind of horrible alien menace or something. I put this here so that people could see what is available out there.

If you click the stream button near the bottom you can see them in action, while you change the model and skins on the fly.

those are very nice, but CCP make all thier stiff inhouse dont they? So its unlikely they will use 'em

ya know, it would be a nice change of pace, even if its just once in a while, have a wave of freaky looking alien ships migrate from the far side of the eve universe past jove space and move in a westardly fasion over a period of a few weeks. Could make it a event that happens only every two or three months. Some story of alien hordes fleeing their home galaxy or something and moving through in periodic waves. At least I wouldnt feel to bad about killing aliens than other people, even if they are pirates.

Nice some of those ships look like they would make excellant Intercep ships and some NPCs ships shame CCP cant be arsed doing new mods, this thing reminds me of my last mmorpg...

I second that!
Scrap the comets, put those hordes of alliens in! 
Give those static NPC's a real feel of AI!
And I liked that wiggling motion of the camera on those allien ships! Can we have that too while we travel and fight???!!!

Why? CCP doesn't have time to do everything. If they spend a month making models, thats a month less on everything else.
So pay the 161, get these, and SAVE YOURSELF A MONTH

Actually... CCP have some AMAZING models sat on your hard drive... they are just not using them for anything yet...
