You cannot sell the account its agaisnt the EULA only the char with you paying transfer fee.

The 1.1b bid will be increased by me, but since it's lower than expected bid I wait until real player show bid. Its probably worth 1.5b for some guy, but I dont think its worth that much for me. I wait and check char every day!
