I hear the way players high sec suicide gank is by training a character up to cruiser, using it to suicide gank and then terminating it once it gets to a -5 sec status.
So a simple solution would be that you cannot terminate any character with a negative sec status.
your thoughts?

This thread make me feel like I'm in a sand box surrounded by yelling kids. 
While suicide ganking is fine, reprocessing characters to avoid the consiequences of one's actions (negative security) is as far as I know classified as an exploit.
That being said, bypassing the profanity filter is also a fast way to get a forum ban.

well, if you suspect that players are making throwaway alts to partipate in PvP, petition it. If CCp finds they are recycling alts to be used in PvP, they will ban the account. CCp themselves have stated it many times before.

Assuming that CCP can enforce the recycle rule, why is it in their interest to ban accounts over this? CS is already swamped, and it's impossible to tell with any certainty what the account has been up to. Besides, do you really think that they are going to ban a paying account to satisfy a "whiner" who won't get their stuff back, weeks after the fact after it's already forgotten? I'd say it's in their greater interest to ban the whiner, as the guy obviously hates this game, and annoys the vocal folks here on General Discussion.
In short, I highly doubt that CCP can or will enforce this "exzploit" of recycling characters. As long as they are paying, and not breaking any serious rules, I don't see how it's in their interest to follow through.
