As the LONG name states there is a character for sale. He has 139 skills and 36,210,562 skill points. Those are mostly command ships / HAC's.
Here are high lights of what he can use:
 He can use ALL hacs and all field command ships (Missing logistics lvl 4 for fleet ships)
He has command ship LVL 5 and hac's LVL 5
He can use T2 medium hybrids, T2 medium energy turrets and T2 heavy missiles.
He can use all recon ships (all he needs is the recon ship skill)
He can use caldari, gallente and minmatar T2 heavy drones
He has drone interfacing lvl 5
Attributes:
Intelligence: 25
Perception: 20
Charisma: 19
Willpower: 19
Memory: 22
(Comes with Full +3 implant set)
Character skills
He also has quite some LP at caldari agents. I am not sure about the number, around 100k.
This character comes with 1 million in his wallet. He comes with alot of noob ships. Other assets are not worth a mention.
