Back when you could run trial accounts and normal ones at the same time, I remember being able to do it too but now I got a second paid account and I'm having trouble running both at the same time.
The farthest I get is a crash ~10 seconds after loading the station environment.
The clients are on different HDD's, the 2nd client is a copy of my main client, I can load each client alone fine but once I login both my alt always gets kicked off, no matter who logged in first.
I deleted both of their settings including prefs.ini and tried again, no luck.
Sometimes it crashes right after the splash screen, each crash always leaves a dump.

So wait, one is a trial account? You cannot run a trial account and any other account at the same time now. Each account has to be activated.

I was running 2 and 3 today, for about 6hrs with normal settings, only 1 acct kept disconnecting, but that was in core empire, once I got to 0.0 it was fine PKKP recruitment |

It is recommended by CCP Devs that you only use a single install of EVE and run multiple accounts that way. Bet it would solve your problem. There is almost nothing shared between the different accounts so no worries with different overview settings and such.

Running it off the same installation only made it worse for me, however, it seems like upgrading my graphics card drivers, though they weren't that old, solved the issue.
Thanks for your replies.

Disable the audio, if it is active on 2 account at the same time it can create problems (sadly if you have one account with audio active and the other not, when relogging the audio become active on both).

I hope that updating your graphics drivers has permanently fixed the problem.
Also, hit escape key and under generic tab uncheck "Sun is occluded by ships" for each instance of client.
Something about the sun being occluded by a ship will cause one or more of your multiple instances to crash.
