I would have thought that the answer is rather obvious: Sweden!

The question isn't which country has the best pvpers.
The question is which country has the lowest ping to the server and hence the least likely to spend 2 minutes turning on a module.
As the world already knows, USA has the best PVP'ers. Our only problem is a reluctance to use DDD on a people who stubbornly refuse to surrender.

us haven't been the best in any aspect yet, i highly doubt that they ever will..

I have my Danish crew (murder machines), Vietnamese, Brits, Canooks, Aussies, New Zealanders, Americans (i know i'm missing a couple).
At the alliance level several more including many French (and yes, they are as tenacious as rest if not more so).
You name it, we have it. They are all sick and twisted and stop at nothing to get the kills.
Its not a matter of where your born or where you live (outside of your latency to the server.. the REAL reason Iceland's players have an edge, they just *think* they are better)
...just a matter of whether or not god gave you the WTFPWN gene

- Countries which make games, are doomed to suck at them. Look at England and like every game they ever made.
- Whoever has lowest ping in EvE in general wins
So categorise in order of who gets the best pings for EvE
lowest ping
Iceland
UK
Everywhere else
Highest pings
And since iceland made the game, according to rule 1 they'll suck at it so that leaves the UK to take the lead! woo!

I would say best PvP'ers were those who didn't give a crap when they lost their ship and went in the next one to loose again and again and again because they found PvP to be fun and worthless without the risk.

I would have to say the Russians though. Not individually, but as a collective, for sheer persistence they have yet to meet an equal. They forgot that EVE is only a game pretty early on.
